Professional and quality job!
I had to replace bearings in front differential in my Audi Q7 2015 because they became noisy. Official Audi service, of course, wanted to change whole front differential for some eye watering price. I was also turned down by many services which did not want to undertake the job, which is indeed very peculiar, but I was lucky to find Merc Auto experts.
The problem with changing the bearings is that you cannot buy them in advance - you have to remove the differential first, take it apart, and then when you finally get the bearings out, you face the problem finding exactly the same. After several days, I found the the original German bearings with Quality Bearings from Dubai, which again were not immediately available, but had to wait for another 5 days for delivery.
Merc Auto Experts also changed propeller shaft in my Audi, while we were waiting for the bearings to arrive.
I really appreciated good communication with Merc - during this repair work I was out of UAE and we were constantly exchanging WhatsApp messages. Their response to my messages was always prompt.
The bill at the end was fully transparent showing a full breakdown of the price.
I would definitely recommend this service!

I've been trying to clear my car problrm for alarm comes up, been up to many shop visited and tried to change ox sensor etc but couldnt fixed it. all shop just checked machine alarm designated problem but all problem comes again even much invest money in that case at last i visited this shop recommended from other shop owner my friend to this merc shop they will be clear it . that's really correct they check whole history of my car issue before and just tried to clear only small parts with easy money in and than all problem gone very friendly with kindly effort even night time. really appreicate all mechanic in the shop really thx so much all

Great service and on time delivery! Pricing also very good! Would definitely recommend. Welcoming staff as well.

Took my Mercedes there but I guess they do take all German and European brands.

Mr ABid is great guy and the prices also reasonable, I have fixed there my Porsche two times for two different things and they told you very frankly with the problem
They are really honest and all technician there are professional and friendly.
