Brilliant company to deal with. The best customer service I’ve ever received when purchasing a used vehicle. Jamie is an absolute credit to the company making the whole process of reserving all the way to delivery process a walk in the park. Keeping you updated all the way through.

Even after the purchase of the vehicle where we had an issue recovering prior service history from the former owner, Jamie was on hand to assist and even offered to purchase a dealer service on the vehicle as a gesture of good will for the messing about by the prior owner.

Will certainly return in future when looking for my next vehicle.

Great customer service - very polite, reasonable and contactable. Bought a used car here and the experience was fantastic - Charles and Jamie were very helpful and all of my queries were addressed. A pleasure to deal with.

Great customer service from start to finish.
Jamie Tomlinson especially kept me informed on progress of my purchase, not pushy at all just extremely polite and knowledgeable.
Lovely young man !
Would definitely recommend checking these out, whether it's a car van or truck , new or used you get the same great customer service .

This is my second Vito from bell truck and van and I have to say they never disappoint.

The only small negative would be there Stockton site. It feels more like a holding yard than a Mercedes dealership but I have been told that it's only temporary and Bell's have big plans about to start for a state of the art van center.
Special thanks to Mandy for making my purchase painless.
