Very bad service, they could not figure out correctly why the wi-fi connection disappearing. They told me it was the ic. It took them more than 1,5 month to find a suitable ic that was working on my laptop. When I started threaten with consumer complaint they fixed it suddenly. Then when I got it home, the issue was not fixed, so brought it back. They eventually fixed it only by some updates…… the ic was apparently not the issue.

They probably tried to sell me their own packaged thermal paste that they taped over with CoolerMaster branding and told me it's brand new for 20 AEDs. The tube is without packaging and it looks like it has been used and filled from the back because it has thermal paste all over the back and front.
