Food was great, very tasty and very good quality. Also very good size portions.

Sadly, coffee was terrible though. It had a very tangy taste?

Friends god the juices / smoothies and were happy with them though. Will return again as great place to eat after cycling

I ordered flat white and cheese ???? .. it were so good and fresh.. the weather was windy and cold so I enjoyed the view.. friendly staff.. parking is available .. I highly recommend it.. you can finish your work and spend your time with your family and friends too ..

A quiet spot on the edge of a beach, the balance of serenity and food is done quite well. I was coming for coffee but remembered it was time for dinner so I had a meal of beef with potatoes with a balsamic glaze. Ended the evening with the organic mint tea. Service was great and I feel I will be back again to try their breakfast and bring a book.

First of all the place is amazing and the coffee is delicious, but the service needs improvement. The service is very slow, and the coffee was warm. I would like to see the change needed, fast service, and hot drinks served.

Royal Crown Derby produce some of the finest China in the world. We were very fortunate to go on one of the factory tours, and were shown the manufacturing process. It was fascinating to meet the skilled crafts people at all levels of the operation. The friendly staff were only too pleased to explain what they were doing and obviously took great pride in their work.

When I visit Royal Crown Derby to collect my items I’m always greeted with a smile from all the staff who work there. Jane, David, Anisha and Natasha are always happy to help - they are a great team.
I love visiting the cafe also as they do a great latte ????

Stopped for lunch - pleasant cafe, friendly staff. My toasted sandwich was generously accompanied by a fresh yet simple salad and coleslaw.

I’m not a fan of loose leaf tea - I thought there was a magic strainer in the pot - so I wouldn’t agree to that again.

Totally recommend it ! At royalcrownderby yoy can easily find everything even if yoy are searching limited edition pieces! Will buy again from you for sure.

The shop is really pricey, beware, there are some very good pieces of pottery for sale and some offers. I have recently been on a tour of the working area of Royal Crown Derby and it was really interesting, especially the painting and transfer section. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, ask as many questions as you like. There is a small cafe but again pricey. Car park is small, it pays to park in the city and walk in, takes about 10 minutes. Not suitable for children, I dont think

Very disappointed. My son drove 12 miles today for an Easter treat to breakfast in your tea room. Unfortunately I was offered a choice of cold sandwiches and paninis which I did not want for my breakfast. I asked if I could have toast and scrambled eggs which I thought was an easy task, but I was refused even though it says on the website menu that hot food is served from 10am all day. I appreciate that it is Easter weekend, but I didn't think I was asking for much effort.
