Milestone airport road branch is the best especially Mokum she always makes the best coffee and drinks and she always listens to the customer she is so kind and have a great heart. She deserves better. The only reason that makes me come all the way to that brunch even there is another branch beside my house is because of her. Me and my sisters we love her.

I visit Abu Dhabi Mall branch and Al Wahda Mall branch always. But this branch has some weird staff. They are not professional, and when i presented Smiles voucher (From Etisalat) they refused to redeem it, saying they need hard copy printed voucher not on app screen. For that i laughed because the voucher i presented was including this branch, but the staff seems like been recently hired

Place is good and they have outdoor tables, good decorations inside, good atmosphere. But the staff seems not professional and unfriendly.

2 stars are fair.

I had arrived to Abu Dhabi a night before my check in, and then ended up moving around with my luggage. I dropped by this place and I've got to say....stellar everything. I believe the lady working there is (Mokum) and she made it feel like I'm invited to a friend's house! Super welcoming. I had a Mocha and a special Safron coffee she made.....I'm now hooked on safron flavored anything ????

The service was excellent. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The variety of coffee served in the ambiance was very satisfying. If you are a coffee lover, then this is a must-visit. Thank you barista Cesar for the good coffee recommendation.

I have been to many branches of Milestones the airport road is the best because of Mokum she takes care of us whenever we go there, she is a kind woman and staff. Thank you Mokum.

Best place to have a coffee with friends. Thanks to Sir Cesar for doing an amazing job! He is very accomodating and kind. Will definitely be back soon.

The Americano coffee is not that good also.
