Try out milk tea and cakes by faye this is the best milk tea shop and cake shop I’ve ever taste you’ll love every milktea flavor they have and all the staffs are kind and friendly so come and visit their store located at electra street and Al Mariah mall hamdan????????????????

A bubble tea shop located in Markaziya. I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. The tea didn’t have any flavor or strength. The boba were mushy and soggy.
No seating area.
Paid parking.
Not wheelchair accessible.

Step inside here and that's what you will exactly feel..

In pictures, here are
- PANDESALS (breads) .. filled with cream cheese .... (all different flavours - Ube / Matcha / Red Velvet )
- SWISS CHOCOLATE Cake, very moist and is one of the best sellers.
- PINOY CHEESE CAKE, very soft and melts in the mouth (topped with cheese)
- ENSAYMADA BUTTER CREAM (like a cupcake ) topped with cheese.

We also enjoyed their TEA - BOBA or The Bubble teas!
- CHOCOBUTTER NUT (Peanut Butter Flavour)
- WINTERMELON (Classic Milk tea with cream cheese topping)
- CHOCOMALT (Cream puff and mylo)
- BROWN SUGAR (Classic milk tea with brown sugar)

These are the highlight of this place..... Done to perfection and can make your day! Full of flavour and well sealed after preparation.

They also bake customised cakes at a are very reasonable rate! One can even do a quick pick of cakes and boxed pandesals or place their orders online.

We loved our experience here and thanks to the staff for making our day so exciting and sweet!

We would highly recommend this place to try them out and would rate them a 5/5 !

Nice place to hang out with your friends, delicious selection of milk tea, I personally love the Dulce de Leche Creamcheese it’s a must try! ❤️ (the new location in Hamdan Street also has a good ambiance) ????????????????????????

The best shop for milktea that we had tried so far. Supreme taro smoothie is our favorite. Love the volume of cream cheese ❤️????

The cake we ordered was SUPER rich and satisfying with a great price!! And was delivered within hours...couldnt ask for more! And it was soo good and chocolatey that it melts in your mouth. Delicious ????????since it was my girls birthday and we weren't disappointed.. You deserve 5 stars????
