Employees are very friendly and approachable. Not that I'm over-reacting but they are very kind and always ready to assist you. About the products they are selling, knowing Miniso, it's given fact that their products has great quality. Unfortunately, I didn't take some photos of the whole store as I was not sure if it's allowed or not but it was really great shopping there so I'm giving them a 5 star rate.

Good quality,wonderful packaging, and display standard.Highly recommended.
The staff was great charles and joseph,from the moment i arrived they are really good at focusing on what i need and require.Very friendly ,well informed,kind and attentive thank you for exceptional customer service.

My overall shopping experience at Miniso Mushrif Mall was exceptional, thanks to the assistance I received from the sales staff. Her friendly and knowledgeable approach made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend both the store and Maricris to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience.

this is the best????and one of my favorite shop in miniso because of the outstanding and very helpful staff ever???? specially joy in the cosmetic area is amazing girl i love to her???? the way she responds to my questions i really understand lovely ????
i always love to go back in this shop????????
