Horrible, applied for equivalency in Nov 22, waited for almost 5 months showing in progress, with numerous followup calls suddenly received a comment in April 23 to upload one more document. Within 5 days rejected application saying missing document not uploaded.
Received missing document from embassy after 15 days.
Called again MOE to give a option to upload this document.
Stupid reply: This application is rejected and please open a new application.

Payed again and waiting again. 1 month passed in progress.

What a shame....

Extremely disappointed.

Now whenever I am calling the IVR itself is so irritating.

What nonsense talking in IVR.

Please close the online application platform and make this offline. I believe this can reduce the waiting time.

I wish there is a ZERO star rating. This is the worst ministry in the UAE. I’ve been waiting for equivalency for more than 4 months and they're still sleeping. SHAME.

Worst governmental service in UAE , equivalency department is very bad , months and you will not even get your documents

Wish there was a zero star. Cannot imagine that 4 years have been passed and still it is like a cat and mouse chase for the getting equivalency. Did every single process including attestation, mofa, data flow for all degrees. Customer service is of no use too. They just reply you back and forth that you will get it but no reality in it. They requested several other requirements such as entry/exit from UAE, even when i was not in UAE. I had previously got from UK and Canada within 30 days. But unfortunately, its not only me. My friends are also waiting since years too. I think there is a need for complete revival of the equivalency department and the way it is working. We should go for a national qualification setup like other countries have. No one is satisfied as i can see from their services.

I've been waiting for my Golden Visa approval since 1 month and 9 days. I am eligible, paid for the service, raised several complaints and I keep contacting them to follow up. Yet nothing. How pathetic!

What is funny is that, when you send email to them, they will soon reply to you, telling you that the relevant employee has been contacted to push your equivalency process (given that you submitted everything required a year ago), and then nothing happened. If you send email to them again and again, same routine will be repeated. In coding, we call it “infinite loop”. It seems there is response mechanism, but you are responded by nothing.

Submitted all the required documents including Dataflow report from the very beginning for a equivalency. Then wait until forever. After months and months calling and countless emails sent, no any reply or assistance got.

Submitted all documents required since Nov 2021, applied 2 other applications. Following up by email, calling and nothing.
Zero help, zero cooperation. While visiting physically they have refused to let us talk to the manager. Employees aren’t even responding to emails. Call center have no idea.
