MOFA - Abu Dhabi: The service was swift and quick. I really want to appreciate and give praise to the call center team. In my several inquiry calls I managed to speak to an Emirati Call agent, she was really helpful, and another time I spoke with a kind gentleman who also assisted me on the whole process of attestation (STEP BY STEP). Thank you and keep doing the great work. You are appreciated!
The document was processed on Express courier service option - Emirates post (cheaper than Aramex) because that was my preference and I was a happy client.

I paid only and they are suppose to send someone to come nd pick it but no one contacted me already been 2 days. What’s the point of making it online for a job that can be done in 5 min . Now I have to wait god knows for how long for them to find someone to come and take it stamp it and then bring it back . What a waste of time ????????u200d♀️

Attestation service is one big Zero star. you have to send them documents through mail/post office. service that is normally done in minutes, now takes days/weeks.

Only online can be done so please download application mofaic and apply for Attestation and they return in 3 working days.

Kindly note that now all documents for attestation are accepted by only by online you have to apply first on MOFAIC very easy next day Aramex will collect and stamp return back.

Guys those who are attesting there degrees or high schl certificates it should be attested from MOE first and send the attested one which is received through email for attestation not the original which you get from schl or uni . Terrible experience waste of TIME & money no proper information available nor the people working there have knowledge to explain.I dono why the Aramex currier is involved in it? U had to wait 3 days or pay 150 if needed in one day that before 11:30 terrible!

My own experience following up a refund is entirely a disaster now especially on the person who said he is in charge (head of Mofaic Attestation Dept.) Which he cannot handle it professionally as a representative of UAE gov't sector, treating your complainant undiplomatic will not solve anything. He is really a tactless man. I received a call from him 02xxx634 on 12, 13, Sept. tried to resolve my complaint (since Aug. 05) which i believe he didn't entirely understand what was the complaint about, And on Sept. 14 he called again and the solution he told me that I need to collect my cash to MOFAIC SHJ Center and meet his Director (that's all ) of course i will refused (taking an absence from work & for transportation fee are more than the amount i am expecting them to return back to me) I told him send me an official email, so i can replied back, but there is no signature of him now complete details (documents to bring , if we can send someone to collect in my behalf) in short not in detailed.

What triggered me is that 26 sept he called again , asking me about my complaint which as per userworkspace "problem solved"
and he mentioned some contract - and WHEN i haven't yet remember i asked him more about it - HE replied that " I DON'T KNOW, ASK YOURSELF WHAT IS THAT " unbelievable!

I am requesting a refund because that specific ATS has an issue with your system - showing another person details. I am just taking back the payment collected by you which was no service done from MY END.

If it is not possible for you to give consideration to this case to close it in a diplomatic, easy & convenient way to both parties then leave it.Give that amount to that guy. And I hope he will not call me again.

And Thank you to those patient agents who had understanding of this case, and showed sincerity in assisting the complainant.

for people of pakistan, MOFA UAE do not attest any document copy until it is certified from embassy of pakistan and embassy of pakistan no more authorize any copy document like degree copy, marriage certificate etc, so please always arrange original documents for needful - document must be attested from home country embassy of UAE of candidate for attestation of MOFA in uae.

go early morning at 8AM and your work will done in 10 15 minutes
