Pembrey Country Park has been my go-to campsite since I was a youngster... Though you can tell that they have really pumped money into the place. There's modern toilet / shower blocks dotted around the campsite, a gorgeous restaurant with shop in the main building, and a and a plentiful amount of parks to keep the kids distracted. There's never nothing to do as the surroundings are beautiful, you could go on scenic walks one day and go for horse riding the next. We woke up on Monday morning to massive military planes test flying nearby - as there's a base not too far away you get to see them as they make their laps. I found it incredibly interesting but I can understand it may not be everyone's cup of tea having loud planes making laps above you for hours on end. Overall it's a perfect place to spend a few days!

Only had a spare couple of hours in our day and spent it here. Headed for car park 1, which gives direct access to the dog friendly part of the beach. Lovely flat and firm underfoot and plenty of space. Headed back inland after an hour (when we managed to find an exit route) and walked back through the lovely woods. The whole place is massive and you could come day after day and still find different routes to take. All appeared litter free and a lovely milkshake machine by the car park paypoint. Will definitely try and get back before we return home. ????

We had a fantastic day out here , the staff at the ski centre were helpful and made both our taboganing and tubing experience fun ,. The sensory play park that has been added recently is the best play park we have been too ,. Compared to other local attractions this is such good value for families on a budget.

I've been going 4 times, it's fun, the kids are having a lot of fun. It's pretty big, we haven't been able to go around it all. I will be going again soon. I can recommend

Lovely place to visit and relax, walk for miles then have a cuppa in the cafe whilst the kids play outside

We've got a season pass well worth it only cost £50 a lovely pace and a beautiful place to take your dog another walk

Very nice country park. Couple of nice cafe that are not over priced. Parking is now via number plate recognition so parked just out side foe less than have price. Stunning beach, kids activities and sky slope. We'll worth a visit.
