Brilliant garage! The staff (Sam) in the office; friendly, helpful, prompt to assist and quick to react - none of this "oh we have to book your car in or we are snowed under, can't help"
The workshop staff especially was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely an honest and helpful garage.

Good quality repair after a minor accident to the front bumper. After the repair the car looked like new. Excellent paint matching. Prompt repair and a good price.

D1ck head driver, parked diagonally on a disabled parking bay in Tesco car park this afternoon, 23rd August. Very inconsiderate.

On top of their drivers constant reckless driving and speeding they also don’t know how to park safely. Every single day the pavements are rammed full with customers cars that they have parked there. ( do customers know their cars are kept on public property?). Women, kids, pushchairs forced to walk along the road on narrow bends is just plain dangerous. I have called to complain on more than one occasion and all I got was the person on the other end arguing with no regard for the fact someone could get hurt. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

My motorhome was crashed into by a hit and run driver, I needed to find a company that could repair my van to a professional standard, luckily I knew EARC do excellent work from my employer having company Vehicle's repaired here .. a quick call and they took my motorhome in and carried out repair , staff are helpful and price was kept to quotation.. excellent quality of workmanship.

Friendly, helpful, professional. They recently fixed the driver's seat adjustment mechanism on my Ford Fiesta for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend these guys.
