Outstanding service - Exceptionally easy to book via emailing Jason and he was there through every step of the process. Dave the driver was very professional and arrived early for departure, he had no issue stopping when a passenger asked to be dropped off at home and was always reliable. The coach was the cleanest I've seen and was nicely presented. JR Coaches will be the go to company for my Day Trips going forward.

Thank you Jason for providing such an amazing service at great cost :)

JR Coach company were the cheapest quote for our journey to Norfolk and back. The driver (Martin) was a pleasure to travel with. He was very polite to us, and even joined in with some of our funny moments. The coach itself was outstanding with all mod-cons, and many other people we camped with were jealous and tried to stow away on board! Thank you so much, we look forward to using your company again

Contacted JR Coach & Minibus Hire two days before we needed to travel from Cardiff to London for an office/site visit. Jason got back to me immediately with a very reasonable quote and we booked the 16 seater. Jason was very professional, he was always there when we needed him and more importantly he got us all there and back safely within the day.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending JR Coach & Minibus hire. 5* service. Thanks very much

After being let down by another Minibus Hire company I found JR through a google search. They were the most reasonably priced company I found (The original company cancelling turned out to be a blessing), made booking very easy and made our journey to Ascot extremely pleasant. Coaches were comfy & clean and the fridge was a bonus. Would 100% recommend. Thanks JR
