Security guard is rude puts me off as soon as I walk in, he could at-least look like he is happy to do his job and not be so miserable giving off a horrible attitude when asked a question, like the man from grizzly tales for gruesome kids. Other than that it’s a very convenient store and other staff are friendly.

Rough. Generally a rough place and not just referring to the customers. The staff are as common as they get. Some look like they are on day release, rough staff and generally useless.

This a Tesco store that you can go to just to get some quick grab items. It's not a place where you can do a full weeks shopping at. The staff are fine, I didn't experience a 10 minute wait like some others have. This Tesco Express is located on one of the roughest streets in England though, you do see a few unsavoury characters hovering around out the front from time to time.

Half hour before, I was charged wrong money by a lady(this tesco express stop giving customers receipts long time ago only if you asked for it) I had to come back to this store from home. It wasted me much time and they still returned me wrong money...So I went into the store again and finally the problem solved at second time. During those 10 minuets about, NO ONE SAID SORRY TO ME. Instead I said thank you to them for finally returning me right money. Well, what a service!

I use to use this store daily but I now try to avoid going in there is no staff on the tills the last twice I've been in I've waited 10 minutes to be served I asked the staff on the till why there hasn't buzzed for more staff there said this is it shocking now I asked to speak wI think someone and there were not available and the lady called Sarah who works afternoonso needs a corse on packing she slams everything in the bag including eggs I tell her off every time the whole place needs a shake up use to be good in there

The security guy today who look like smack head was very rude through the customer service I don’t know why such a big company hiring people like this I’m sure there are better ones out there who can do better customer service.

A guy who was working here on the 29/10/19 late afternoon is in wrong job. Really rude and not someone who should be working with the gp at all. Get a job as a bailiff or maybe at tax office..... Not friendly at all and definitely not helpful!!
