This is a horrible bank. They gave me the worst experience that a bank can give. They blocked my card without prior notice leaving me stranded without any access to money and putting me in danger.
After initially taking my tennancy agreement and accepting it, they later said that they sent an email to inform me that they changed their mind and that it is no longer accepted. I never received that email. That email was never sent to me. And there was also not any type of communication or messages or notifications on the app or my online banking about anything being wrong or missing. Suddenly my card gets declined at checkout and when I call, i am asked to visit the branch and am told that I am blocked from everything!

For 2 months we can't open a regular account for my husband due to incompetent employees in your bank, some document is constantly missing, we have already been returned for the 6th time. The employees are very rude and do not help with anything. I am sorry that I have been your customer for 5 years

Terrible! The staff just can’t offer any help on opening an account. The online application asks me to go to the branch to get the ID verified but they just ask me to start a new application and leave. The staff is so rude as she throws my phone at the table and she kind of discriminates me.

Very poor service. Rude staff didn't even say goodbye after our meeting. Called in to give photo ID but then not even asked to show it and instead wanted to discuss investments. When we didn't want to discuss investments the meeting was quickly finished and we were shown the door literally.

Very poor service today called in to put £500 in £2 coins & 50p in to my account to be told by a very rude lady I could only put 10bags of coins in at once. So you carnt even put money into your bank these days ! So I walked ten yards to Barclays and put it in to my partners account with not problem and very happy and smiley staff, think I need to change bank

Well I lost my credit card and I need the statement urgently to send somewhere. My wife the joint account holder but they refused which cost £120 extra and wasted 3 days.
