Had Kwiklet at two different properties over 2 years at uni, and both times were great! Accommodating, friendly and very quick to help and solve any issues that may occur. A fantastic family business, and I'm sad to say goodbye after finishing uni!

If you are a student and think to let from Kwiklet, do it! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Spent around 2 years letting property with friends from university. Anything that we reported was quickly fixed, property was in a great shape, if any appliance needed to be changed it was done swiftly and as soon as possible from the date it was reported. Khourush was an amazing person to deal with and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests even if they were really silly or he was short on time. Can't recommend them enough. As an international student it was the best experience I had with a letting company!

Really good letting agent especially for Students. Helped us get a house fairly quickly, and always helped up with issues we had regarding the property. We all built a good relationship with the letting agent (Kourosh) which made our stay of 2 years in the house more enjoyable as he is very approachable, friendly and professional. Would recommend to students going into their second year especially.

I rented student accommodation from Kwiklet Properties and I highly recommend them. Kourosh, in particular was really helpful throughout the process. He is friendly, professional, and provides an exceptional service. Overall, I must say it was a pleasant experience renting from Kwiklet Property Services.

Rented with kwiklet for two years at two different properties, very helpful and any issues we had were always sorted in a polite and understanding manner.

Was with this agency for two years whilst studying at the University. Would highly recommend kwiklet property for students as they are very supportive when looking for a house to stay in. Lived in the house for two years with my friends and (kourosh) was very helpful and professional towards my housemates and I. We built a good relationship with him not only because he was always able to help us with any issues that we may have had in terms of the property but mostly because he is very approachable and treated us like adults rather than a bunch of university students.

I had the pleasure of being a tenant at one of their properties on Llantwit Road in Pontypridd for over a year. Throughout my stay, I encountered a few issues with the boilers and electricity, but the landlord was always prompt in taking action to resolve the problems. Their proactive approach and willingness to help made my experience as a tenant a great one.

I have done some admin work with Kwiklet, helping them with some formatting and PDF documents. They are easy to work with and have good communication. Invoices are settled quickly without fuss.
