People on the reception just trying to get me off the phone, telling me to call 111 to register as a patient for a different surgery which is completely inaccurate information. Extremely unhelpful

There are 3 different Doctors surgeries in here, and from my experience all the staff are friendly and helpful.
The pharmacy inside is also handy.
Its a lovely new building with a good amount of parking, but at busy times the car park can fill up.
Helpfully the surgerys do late night opening for people who work, which is an excellent service.

Delay In answering phones, lack of appointment times and the Dr call back service, but I'm putting this down to the current times, staff are most kind and helpful.
