You always get great customer service at Butterfield Opticians. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful, nothing is to much trouble for them.
The after sales care is also first rate.

I recently used Butterfield Opticians for myself and my daughter. Excellent service. I felt confident that we both recieved a thorough eye examination by Shela and that time was given to take careful case histories and explain results of the tests. Dhiren also gave time and attention to advising us with choice of lenses and frames. I would certainly recommend their eye care service.

A very friendly Opticians. Shela who does the eye test is very thorough and excellent at what she does. The staff always make my family feel very welcome, wouldn’t go anywhere else and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a local Opticians.

I went here initially because of it's location---being very near to my home. I have returned each year because I always feel that the eye test is very thorough and when necessary I have been referred to hospital for further tests. The optometrist is very good at explaining each procedure and it's findings.

I brought my son to Butterfield's recently for his annual eyetest. The optician is very thorough and put my son at ease.
The gentleman who helped my son, choose his glasses and took care to make sure my son was happy with his choice. Highly recommended, a family friendly Opticians.
