Great customer service! I took my car here after breaking down and although the garage was busy they were happy to fit me in. I was kept informed of their progress and the repair was completed the same day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I'd definitely recommend this garage!

Brilliant service from Steve and the team - we were rescued from the side of the A1 late on a Saturday evening. P&A ordered the parts on Monday, fixed it on Tuesday and my son was able to collect early Wednesday morning. Steve kept us up to speed the whole time and couldn't have been more helpful. Went next door to a gearbox specialist but was told the issue was broken flywheel and clutch so on a whim went next door to ask for a repair. I was assuming u003e£1k to get fixed but car was ready in 2 days with total replacement for £750. Friendly guys and the car is driving beautifully. Thanks very much - will definitely use again.

Used this company to change my clutch and brakes in my old car before sale.
Very friendly lads all jobs got done without any glitches and no extra cost to what was said. Car drove like a dream after it was done.
Would highly recommend this company!!

ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY caused me more problems than actually solving them. Originally had my clutch replaced for £400 and was subsequently left with the same problem I started with. I was told this was a separate problem which I would have to pay £90 more for to repair. This resulted in even more inconvenience and additional cost to myself and when I spoke to Phil about this issue he told me ‘you can take it to another garage if you want pet’. Had the master cylinder replaced last Wednesday, 5 days later the car doesn’t start at all. My dad who isn’t even a mechanic could clearly see the battery hadn’t been properly reconnected, so once again I was left without a car as he repaired problems P&A autos have caused. Spoke to Phil about this on the phone he wasn’t helpful at all and continued to patronise me and call me pet. 3 times I have had to return to this shambles of a company as they have caused more problems than solved them. Over £500 spent and I am still left without a fully working car. I highly doubt the clutch even needed replacing as I continued to have the exact same problem even after it was replaced.

Absolute conmen avoid at all costs will charge you for problems that don’t even exist and what kind of mechanic can’t even reconnect a battery properly clearly not a very competent one. They will also initially provide you with an invoice on a scrap of paper however when you are paying to rectify their mistakes they conveniently provide an itemised invoice. After all of this the company offered me £30 probably spent more in petrol travelling back and forth to these clowns. Will also block you on Facebook if you leave an honest review
