If I could give ZERO stars, I most certainly will. The doctors simply don't listen, or care. I've had one GP zone out while on a phone consultation and then add things to my notes that I never even said. Others tell me to call back when it becomes an emergency (at which point I would be calling an ambulance).

I'm not sure what happened to the idea of good patient care but apparently it left this surgery when Dr. Badcock retired.

Save yourselves, go anywhere else.

I wouldn’t say it’s a good surgery. Passive aggressive tone on the phone isn’t an irregular occurrence despite the long message the caller hears prior asking to be courteous. Like other surgeries it is virtually impossible to get a doctors appointment. I have been trying to obtain a referral letter which had been written up by a doctor that requires sending to me, was advised it would be a few days but because and I quote “the secretary who does it is on annual leave” I have now been waiting 2 weeks… for a medical referral to be actioned and still there is no sign of said letter?!?!? No wonder patients become disgruntled. The money spent on “improvements to the surgery” would have been better spent on extra staff because as quoted above it’s evident they can’t operate properly with their self proclaimed shortages and the only thing at stake is their patients health! Something had to change!

Phone up this morning after being told Dr Renshaw wants to see me after a ultra sound scan. Phoned at 8 not open, phoned at 1 min past 8 I'm 50th in the queue! How can this be. Was hung up on twice ???? phoned again still number 48 in the queue! Eventually get through 50 mins later to be told no appointments left, what a surprise ???? Ask for doctor to phone me back, can't do that! Very upset as wanted to get my results today to stop worrying! So frustrating and annoying. Told to phone Friday which same will happen again no doubt. Phone system needs sorting also sort the message out please x

I have found this surgery to provide a great service. Today I called was number 14 in queue and doctor called me back all in 25 minutes. Receptionist was lovely and very polite

So you send me a voice call and send me and my husband texts to book our diabetic review which we booked but then told can't have the appointment and ring back in a week ! My husband also ran out of his diabetic med and had to wait weeks for it to be sorted !

Atrocious medical practice - the worst I have ever experienced in over 70 years. The so-called appointments system is a joke. If yu are lucky enough to get through after 8 am to a 'care navigator', you will be told that a doctor will telephone you in the first instance (I can live with that), but they will not confirm a time when this might occur. So you sit at home all morning like a lemon, or you take your phone out with you and risk having to discuss your medical issues, if the call comes, while on the bus or in the middle of Sainsbury's. I have pretty much just given up on them.

I have been a patient at this surgery for 45 years and it just gets worse. Why improve "our surgery" if you can't speak to anyone.

I have been calling every month for the last 3 months with the same issue and only on the 3rd call have been finally called to come and see the doctor. First two have been giving antibiotics after over the phone appointments and I was already afraid to have this course again for the 3rd time within such a short time. After 3rd time, since I had another doctor to talk with, I am getting some more attention and having a hope that maybe my health can be improved.

Overall, renovation is going on and to park is a mission, inside is like building site.
