This was once the best little pharmacy in Exeter when run by Simon and his very friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately, it's gone down hill at a rate of knots since being taken over. The service is very poor, waiting time for meds is a joke and attitude is not customer friendly. I feel sorry for the delivery driver(s) who are always polite, friendly and put themselves out to give a good service but have to listen to numerous complaints from customers. You need to buck your ideas up Exwick.

use this pharmacy if you want a long wait and poor service , will think nothing of answering the phone and having a little chat while in the middle of serving you , even when there are more than one person working used to be a helpful ,well run pharmacy now a complete joke

when Simon left last year, I thought that no one could take his place. Serban has not only kept the integrity and excellent service that Simon offered, but has, at least to me, raised customer service and efficiency to the next level. Great, friendly and personal service, nothing is ever too much for Serban and his team.would never think of going elsewhere. Take them a packet of biscuits and let them know how much they are appreciated. 11/10

Great little local pharmacy. Short waiting times in comparison to some of the larger pharmacies in the city centre. The staff are very helpful and professional; which is a huge contrast to many of the others in Exeter. Thank you for providing such a great service!

Fantastic service and great staff. Nothing too much trouble. No long waits for prescription filling and the home delivery service is excellent.
