Staffs in reception are very good , helpful and co operative . But inside counters only answer is go to typing center.
We gone there to apply eid applications that rejected three times online even typing center told us to go icp and correct it. Staffs inside counter told us again go to typing center.
Before we leave we decided to go reception one more time and from there eid applications corrected and its approved they were very helpful.

Great Service not much wait time if you're here for your biometrics appointment and even if you're late or it's expired you can do it from here. Even if you are getting Visa from Dubai and your appointment is for a center in Dubai you can still do it here ????????Good Luck.

Called the contact centre to confirm if I can do my biometrics for my emirates ID there and the customer service representative assured me that I can only to be turned around when I got there.

Visited here for my family Visa Processing, Hassle free service with no waiting what so ever. Within minutes we finished the whole id processing. Enough Parking available.

Nothing works on the website. When I call I just get told to call someone else and round and round we go. Not one person is able to answer a simple question about student visas. Not even able to guide me in the right direction. I have lost about 2 weeks of work just calling people who do not help at all. Nobody seems to know anything. And on tip of that it's impossible to register a company on the website and nobody helps with that either. As someone else said, would give it minus 5 stars if possible. Unfortunately we have no options and have to just deal with it and accept that they don't care.

I would have given minus 5 stars if i could... The way they hold the lines for too long and you keep on waiting waiting and waiting... Very much disappointment to call on such authorities number in any emergency and you get nothing but only wait and they never receive your call keep on saying your waiting number is blah blah.. There should be more telephone operators to answer calls. That is for sure not a customer happiness centre. I've seen many old bad reviews but seems like no one cares and bother to reply any comment. It's just a time waste even to write a review
