Dear Sir,
I am a resident of Al Ain town Area, new bus service started on 05 November 2021, new administration cancelled some of stop in salamat area, now stop in sueq extra mall, and nest stop near salamat so its too hard to cach this transportation.we are working after extra mall in a veterinary center.and all staf(15 passengers depending this service.pleas alow as one bus stop after extra mall near the vet center.
in my experience bus service for residents and bus stop should be with residential area. your help is requested to solve this problem of passengers facilities.

Unfriendly Bus Drivers- refused their responsibility inside the bus, Bus940/Reg.1599/DTD-15/Thurs./3:25pm/April/2021.

Concerning about to passenger standing while the co-driver is having a nice seat in the front, right side while having a nice conversation with the driver on board. After asking this co-driver to give a seat to the lady standing beside her. But it seems he had a very loud bad mouth and there is no desired and willingness to offer his seat to a lady. Perhaps, he immediately refuse as he rudely said he owned the seat he occupied..
I was not so happy to the both driver and co-driver in what suppose to do their responsibility inside the bus.

This is the first time im travelling to alain and i got a worst experience from the drvier whose bus no:998 registration 15-92823.Before entering in to the bus i asked him whether this bus will go to al ain bus stand and he said yes.There for i got in and travelled around half an hour and i enquired again about my destination then he was being very rude and said this is the final bus stop you can get down here, where there is no connection between alain bus stand ,more over he was challenging me to raise complaint against him.It was an unpleasant and hated journey.Due to his irresponsible behaviour i missed my scheduled abudhabi trip.????

Dear Sir,
I am a resident of Al Ain Mauwjei Area, new bus service started on 05 November 2021, new administration cancelled some of stop in mauwjei area, now new stop in qasar al mauwjei, there is no shed or trees for standing passenger and there is no residential area. in my experience bus service for residents and bus stop should be with residential area. now we heard that one other stop will cancel after qasar al mauwjei to town center (morethan 1 KM no bus stop). your help is requested to solve this problem of passengers facilities.

Shout out to the bus that i just ride today at 12:55pm in al safa jimi area today i ride the buss #1601 he wasnt even looking on his passenger i was about to enter the door in the second door but he close the door and my half body was in and half was out then he is about to go thank to the other passengers who see me and shout the driver omg! please be careful and mind your passenger not firstime happen even into my worker happend..

We called near the end of the day to ask for a headlight bulb. The guys where friendly and helpful. Sold me a branded H7 for a fiver and lent me the tool to fit it. Thank you very much!
