Love this store and visit often for books and crafting materials. Went in today searching for a friendship bracelet kit and Carl helpfully pointed me in the right direction! Super friendly and helpful! Can't recommend enough

Extremely unprofessional member of staff who wasnt paying the slightest bit of attention, didn't listen to a word I said, had to reoest everything, and didn't know much about what was and want stocked. Some if the least professional behavior I've seen from a retail staff member.
