Heartfelt thanks to Shaun Foreman for his stellar service administering our late father’s estate. He was prompt in replying to emails and updating us at every stage. He answered our numerous questions with helpful replies and proved himself to be a wizard with numbers when it came to calculating the distribution. Always courteous and friendly, it was a pleasure to deal with him. We thoroughly recommend his services, and you don’t have to live in the LA5 postcode area to benefit. I would highly recommend Ratcliffe and Bibby for their conveyancing services. Lucy and Helen massively helped me out with the purchase of my first home. They made things quick, easy and simple. I was always kept in the loop and they did very well considering how busy they were coming to the end of the stamp duty holiday. Was very impressed and surprised at the speed I managed to complete in. Couldn't be happier! Thank you ladies.

I have recently sold a flat using Ratcliffe and Bibby and they were excellent. Lucy and Helen dealt with my case and throughout the process they were extremely professional and processed the case quickly and efficiently. They were always on hand to answer questions or clarify matters. This is the first time I have used them personally and would highly recommend them and would use again in future. Thank you Lucy and Helen you both were amazing!!

Shaun and Julie have helped me and my husband with 2 home purchases and 1 sale. The estate agent we used for our sale commented on how quickly queries were responded to, and said they found that to be very unusual. I have found them to be thorough, responsive, and knowledgeable, and I'd definitely use Ratcliffe & Bibby in the future (hopefully not for a while yet..!). Just completed a house purchase with this company and was delighted with the service they provided, especially the professional friendly manner with which Lucy Davidson conducted all the annoying intricacies of purchasing a house during a pandemic at what was a very busy period for solicitors. She kept us in the loop at every stage and was very patient with my constant questions. Would highly recommend.

Radcliffe and Bibby assisted me through the process of buying my first home. While this process can be a notoriously stressful experience, the support I received from R&B, particularly from Lucy and Helen made the whole exercise as stress free as possible. I can't recommend Radcliffe & Bibby enough.
