One of the best shop in that area has long opening hours they have premier branded with many promotions not elsewhere in any other Bishop Auckland premier and ver good customer service and knowledgable staff,polite attitude.

Supercigs should now be renamed "Superrip" Today my good lady went to charge our gas card here, after that we did some shopping and went home, only to discover the card had not been charged and the receipt they had handed her was for a £10 Virgin Mobile voucher. We then walked back to the shop and they told her that they can not remember any of this. My good lady and in fact all our house hold are on 3 Mobile contracts, so I can not see why she would have asked for a Virgin Mobile voucher instead of a gas top up. I am disabled and we have a child but sadly no heating.
Their attitude was un-believable. They just look as if they were saying, "you are lying and you can do nothing about it!"
Now I have to decide what to do next. One thing I will not be doing is using "Supercigs in Bishop Auckland" ever again.
