The woman with the big black glasses made my natural nails underneath the acrylic a MESS, she asked me what length I wanted them and I showed her and she proceeded to make them shorter than what I asked her to make them. Then continued to file them down to make them even shorter !!!!!!! If you come here avoid her ! Both times I’ve been here I have got her and both times my nails have been horrible. Don’t know why I came back, she is rough on your hands and kept pulling them and when I told her that I wanted them longer she proceeded to say “well you asked for them” No, I didn’t was my answer and she looked away and rolled her eyes

Dani is the best. Would ways prefer Dani. If he's not available then I'm still happy to have someone else do my nails in the salon. ????

I got my nails done here in December and I'm still paying the price 4 months on. They filed by nails (to remove the ridges) to the point where my nail is so thin they just bend and break. It's quite painful. I'm having to wait for the thin nails to grow out before I can get anything further done. 4 months of nails bending back and snapping has been awful and painful. There is an actual ridge visible on my nails which I have posted a photo of. Will never use again.

Got my nails done here 4 days ago and I will never be back. Male filed my nails down that far, my nails were so sore. My gel has all chipped off. Please avoid this place

went in for my nails to go back to school, nice and pink, the woman cut all my cuticles: didn’t bother to tidy them. Put on all the wrong sizes and i now have glue on my nail and it won’t come off, she didn’t put the nail polish down all the way and i have gaps on every nail. I’m so disappointed and am never going back in there again. Shocking.

‘Worst Nails’ - this is the worst spa pedicure I’ve ever had. Unfortunately English is not the first language of any of the staff and they were therefore unable to explain what they were doing although one member of staff did try to translate. I’m used to getting regular spa pedicures in NZ where I live and this is always a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I was extremely confused about the convoluted process they have here. I burned, scalded and decidedly man-handled at times. The actual pedicure was poorly done, my nails weren’t cut or shaped, my cuticles not removed and the polish applied to only 2/3 of my nails. Not worth the £23. I paid and left as I couldn’t bear to stay and try to discuss what was wrong. Don’t waste your money here!
