This place is so special to us. We used to come here since we where little. The food is still amazing. Thank you.

Though, the team offers a good service but still not enough.
I found the lack of generosity disappointing. This stands for the side platters and It was unfortunate that I had to specifically request a complimentary tea after paying an enormous bill , as it wasn't offered proactively. While the overall dining experience may have been satisfactory, the absence of a more generous and attentive approach to customer service left something to be desired.

When in the area must visit. Family friendly place. Food was excellent whatever we ordered. The waiting staff was also very friendly and quick to respond.

Love this place & food a lot. We love eating their Saraya Halab Shawarma & the Shish Tawock in Pride. :)

Middle-eastern food was quite 'new' to me when I got here. When I tried this resto, I started to love Arabic food. Verrrrry delicious food & generous servings. Prices are not expensive. So satisfying to eat here.

Visited Saraya Halab for lunch on a Wednesday.

Its a Syrian restaurant located in Al Ain.

The offering is good and rich, and the taste is good too, the staff is not that helpful, but as an overall customer experience, it was average ++.

They offered complimentary tea after the meal as part of the Syrian culture.

Very bad Service .. They have a serious issue with the quality of service ..I came with my family and we ordered 12 meals. They didn’t allow my kid to buy an additional small shawarma sandwich .. We were forcefully requested to buy Shawarma Meal .. Really very bad service …. unlike other Arabic good restaurants in UAE .. simply had worst experience in this restaurant which definitely deserves less than 1 star

Best place in Al Ain to have you Halabi /Syrian food at, service is amazing and very posh, food quality, taste and portions is among the best in the whole of UAE (not only Al ain)
Highly recommended if you value your taste buds and want to throw them a party of flavours

Parked here due to Stanmore Station being full by 8:50am, plenty of space in this car park, wider spaces available and only £6 per day

Poorly maintained. Prices recently went up but the middle section remains severely worn. On occasion it gets filled up quickly. In the past lack of proper bay markings in the middle section led people to park in all free spaces which could reasonably be considered as authorised bays. The change in parking attendants resulted in arbitrary tickets being issued for cars parked in areas which should be marked as bays but are not due to lack of proper asphalt surface. Some people successfully challenged those tickets. Something needs to change - the parking lot needs proper investment and possibly expansion. Prices went up but dirt patches have still not been covered with asphalt and properly marked. I am surprised TFL / DoT have still not taken away the concession from the parking lot operator.

Best place to park when you are going to wembley park on match days, although it fills up pretty quickly so worth getting there well in advance. Catch the tube 3 stops to wembley park

I spend a fortune parking here and over the past few days of snow/ice, there has been no attempt to lay grit in order to make it safe for customers. It's like walking on a sheet of ice. Disgusting.

Not too expensive. Pay on they way out with numberplate recognition- no need for ticket in window. Cheap at the weekend. Can be overly full around midday.
