The owner of the shop has no push on helping customers understand what he's selling as is one sad sigh away from making it a self-service checkout having little to idea what products hes supplying. General shrugging and pointing is the way I was met in the shop as he sat behind a laptop with no intention to advise on gear or potential sales with the quote given... "Its whatever we've got, mate."

The other lads in the shop are great, but the review is down to the owners own folly.

This shop gave me more info and advice than I've been given in the last two years of vaping. Repaired my vape head, sorted me out with a much better vaping experience by advising me to change to a different oil mix. And it was cheaper. Couldn't thank them enough. If I'm down here in Barton again I will pay a visit for sure. Excellent service and friendly GOOD advice.. ????

This vape shop was recommended to me by a friend, and I went in with zero knowledge about vaping.

I personally was looking for a substitute to cigars and shisha (which it fulfills quite nicely).

Upon entering and speaking with Andy, he was very helpful and friendly. Especially to someone with absolutely no knowledge and answered any question I had both simply, and then in depth too to allow me to develop an understanding as well.

As far as the pricing is concerned, I have no real frame of reference for it in comparison to other stores. But based on the customer experience I received, I'm happy to return and purchase more of what I need.
