Lovely atmosphere, I went for the carvery which was fantastic all very flavourful. Data had some awkward customers to deal with which he handled very well. Jess kept checking on us, someone who was very lively and provided a very good experience, yet also a very professional work ethic . Two staff members who are a great service to the team.

Absolutely great customer service by the chef dax.. amazing food really tasty and fast service. Lovely warm cosy restaurant. Recommended 100 percent to anyone passing by. Thanks guys

We enjoyed our lunch very much. My husband is a big eater and even he felt the carvery was superb
I had mac and cheese which was delicious. However one little thing could make a difference warm plates
My dinner plate was cold. Great food on a warm plate. Great food on a cold plane is just insane.

Meat was great and really cooked well. Although the vegetables weren't that good and not much variety. Staff were really friendly and helpful, the place could do with decorating though.

Prebooked for a party of 8 for food on Sunday 16.30hrs. Unbelievably spent 20 minutes queuing for the carvery (even though there were only 8 people in the queue) which had run out of :-
Beef.
Gammon.
Yorkshire puddings.
Pigs in blankets.
Cauliflower cheese.
Mashed potato.
Rest of the menu, no burgers, no mixed grill, no mac and cheese, no chicken strips for the combo, no chicken nuggets or bites for kids meals, the list went on.....
Altogether a total disaster, we will not be returning. Money wasted and the opportunity for birthday celebrations lost.
I did feel sympathy for the members of staff who were not responsible for situation but were obviously doing their very best under the circumstances.
I've been here hundreds of times over the year and I know it can be so much better.

Have just returned home after a lovely carvery. Food was absolutely fantastic. Service is second to none. We went as a party of 20 and the staff couldn't help us enough. The lady that now runs it seems to know exactly what she's doing. Will definitely be returning

A pub totally devoid of any management direction.
I ordered a meal at 12.55 today (I know the time to be correct, as I posted this photo online).
At 13.25 I was still waiting for my meal, so I chased it up. The pub was perhaps 25% full. At 13.40 I gave up and left. I'm unsure as to why it would take so long to prepare a cooked breakfast. An absolute waste of time and money.
I won't be returning.

Sophie at Heath farm ( wacky side)
Made our visit so lovely such a nice polite lady , nothing was too much trouble the kids loved her and she had a fantastic attitude the whole time we visited, will definitely be back especially if Sophie working!!!!!
