Central Location for mail drop offs and parcel / mail collections. Can get very. busy particularly after weekend e.g. Mondays especially. Allow plenty of time if collecting during these busy periods. Also, car parking no longer FREE so watch out as patrolled by over-zealous, parking officers!

Helpful lady on the desk, very quick and efficient service picking up my Amazon parcel. There is a handy post box down the side of the building as well on the path towards the Sainsbury's underpass. Solidarity to all Royal Mail workers as well who work so hard all year round in all weathers.

Because of this strike that are doing my gaz card won’t arrive… been without gaz for 4 weeks and I cannot top up
I’m freezing in the house ..
people are in the middle I hope all royal mail workers won’t have peace never

Missed my parcel so I went to pick it up took the card. With me and they wouldn't give me it I had to bring a proof so went back again.
Only to be told my parcel wasn't in the building and I have to wait till tmmrw so that it could be processed. I told them I would come bak before closing time but they said the person who will process it is off. Surely royal mail must have staff who are trained to process them if no one else can. What an utter discrace an appalling service why would I use Royal mail again. Really really annoyed I even told them I have been expecting this parcel but still to no avail. No help what's so ever.

Can’t be bothered to change the times of opening on website and cards. Open till 7 on a Monday no it isn’t shuts at 12 loads of cars turning up wasting their time !!!
