I don’t usually give 5 stars but since this is the 1st here’s why:
1) Pets are treated well
2) Supplies of food, vitamins and accessories
3) Reasonable prices
4) Owner is involved and is passionate about pets and birds in particular
5) Integrity and Professionalism
6) The store doesn’t smell bad nor is it warm

The only thing is its location is far for anyone living on the island however if you love your pet the drive will always be exciting!
I recently had an experience with the team and this reviewed my rating accordingly

Bought a baby tortoise. Had researched everything needed as staff were not able to tell us much, tortoises in store were fed lettuce which is not optimal, but animals seemed healthy if not very active. Heat, sunlight, correct food and bedding, water baths etc was provided after purchase. Tortoise was eating, pooping and alert, then died suddenly overnight on the 5th day after purchase. Called the shop and they were very unhelpful and rude.

Delivery was very slow in comparison to other shops (ordered on Wed, delivered on Mon), shipping cost was 35 dhs (bought only cats wet & dry food for Um Suqaim/Dubai), items ordered online as available were not in stock (they refunded in cash - I paid via credit card), and customer service via WhatsApp didn’t follow through (next day from order when I was told it will be delivered Monday & some items where not in stock, I asked if I can cancel the order because I wanted delivery urgently. They told me they will check with management but never came back). I usually buy in person from the outlets, and only if I am not well or don’t have a ride, then I will order online. In these rare cases, I will order from PetZone who deliver the very next day without a fail & no shipping cost. So I tried to use AmazoonPets as a trial but was disappointed with the delivery timeline and ended up buying from another provider to cover supplies for that wait period. Recommendation to management to remove shipping cost after certain amount and aim to deliver next day to compete with other companies.

They sill for me an ill badges one has wort in the body and the other has dairya. In the last visit i asked for help to feed my Hogo bird and the guy there killed the bird and said i did not kill him. The manager of the shop said after i called him he side i can not help you you can get one badge but what you unqualified guy he has kild a hogo not a badge and he even was not sorry. You can bay the same tools and pets from the pets shop in the Abudhabi with the half price

Amazoon pets Shahama

Small pet shop selling all kinds of animal accessories, food and toys for cats ????, dogs ???? and birds ????

Dry and wet food. Bird and parrot food. Fish bowl’s and fish food. Bird cages. Pet carrier. Litter boxes.

Also saw a white friendly parrot and yellow canary.
