Went to use car wash and no bristles on brush but foam came out so you couldn’t see that until SMACK went onto bonnet damaging it !! No real apology or anything but offered back £2 for what I spent ??? REALLY ! It damaged my car .. he took photos . Should be checked every day . Watch cameras . You have an obligation to anyone using it that it’s fit for purpose .. Andy is great in there tbh and he’s an asset to you . Only good staff member in there !!

Shocking hygiene! Told Liz the slushy machine had MOULD in the nozzles and she just nodded, no apology or even offer to clean it. Just think it’s very disgusting

They advertise pay point but I went to use it today to receive money and I was told flat out “WE DO NOT DO THIS” which I found odd as the website specifically states this store does pay point along with more stores and the cashier actually laughed at me when I said I would be complaining about this and the manner in which I as treated as a customer was appalling frankly I’d leave no stars as that’s what the cashier deserves as he had zero customer service training that was apparent
