Bad saloon my nails are fully ruined the lady doesn’t know how to do nail art and french

The worst salon ever ever
If you want to ruin your hair this is the best choice
1- the place not clean at all
2- hair everywhere in the floor
3- between the tools dirt
4- bad smell
5- comb not clean and sanitized
When i come i asked for aloe vera treatment when she washed my hair and done it still aloe vera on my hair ends and i inform her she said it’s okay by hair dry it will goes i tell her it mean you didn’t wash my hair good wash my hair again when she wash it for the next time she tangled all my hair ends first time in my life i face this issue when i wash my hair my hair over over tangled and aloe vera still on my hair reasoning that she cleaned my hair

Worst service she ruin my hair and damage it now i will wash it again even i can not take off the tangled hair i have to cut my hair ends !!!!

They open nowadays only by appointment in advance and i was staying in the hotel connected to Hili mall. I took appointment for the next day but i was surprised when I arrived that the lady on the phone did not put my name on the list??? So i have to take other appointment or wait outside the salon until someone finishes.
