Rude unpleasant outfit! If you think Ryanair are bad to deal with try this lot! I called and was very nice and calm and pleasant with the people on the phone and they were rude to the point of hanging up. I asked to amend a ticket from Leeds Bradford to Southampton to take advantage of their new route from Teeside. Teeside had more empty seats and was less expensive but the staff were rude and unpleasant and hung up on me and said no....when I asked I was told because we can say no! I will be avoiding this lot wherever I can! when you have call to
