We had an en-suite made in the room. No one had suggested it. It's the best, looks great, finished in 3 days. Plastering complete. Will make a huge impact on our lives without having to go downstairs in the night. Thanks Paul and team.

Just recently bought a property to find lead flashing around a disused boiler flue was damaged, causing water to come into the house and run down the internal walls. I called up and they were out to take a look pretty quickly, after taking a look they explained exactly what they would do and sent an estimate. They were back the next day and had everything done in about half hour from arrival to departure -they removed and disposed of the old flue, patched the roofing felt and replaced the tiles.

Paul and his colleague (I feel rude now as I didn’t ask for his name), we’re both polite, friendly, professional and very efficient. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

BS Mindham & Son were recommended to me by a building contractor I know who held them in high regard. I employed them to replace the fintlock guttering on a 1950s ex-council property - a tricky job involving a fair bit of carpentry extending the roof line and adding new felt and a new row of tiles to lead on to the new gutters they installed in front. Very very happy I went with Mindham & Son - very professional workmen who systematically and relentlessly slaved away getting the job done in three and a half days. Workmanship and finish is spot on and they undertook a couple of small minor jobs outside spec as a courtesy too. Cannot recommend Brian, Paul and their team more highly.

We have just had a roof repair done by BS Mindham & Son. They were quick to identify and rectify the problem and charged a very fair price for their work. Polite, thorough and efficient, and extremely good communication when arranging a time for the work to be done. Highly recommended!!!
