Superb catering experience from National Catering Services and Foodstuff, from the catering set-up, to the professional staffs/ employees, and the amazing food NCSF provided for our event.

Found the wallet with emirates id and driving’s license of one of your staff named Arslan Arshad . Called to the the given number twice in the time period last three days . A Philippine receptionist received the call . First day she agreed to pass the massage. Waited for two days . No response. Today again tried to call . She was not willing to pass the massage to him . Asked for someone else other than her . She tried to change her voice and said he is not there in the office. Please place someone with a helping mentality in the reception.

I test your food at Emirates field hospital I'm sorry to say it's too much but tasteless. I know it's bulk production,but make sure give less but taste must be better.after all we are patients, it doesn't means we have to eat tasteless food.

We have been complaining about food of apex so many times.
As of now there is no improvements at all...

Their cooking team didn't have any idea about cooking

They are just mixing all available items and supplying without even checking taste or quality.

In Arabic Menu they will be having fixed colors of rice without any taste or quality
In curries they just adds low quality masala and the entire dish is being prepared inappropriately.

To be frank they might give Good and Big name to the dishes but actually they are preparing everything inappropriately

They are giving same side dishes everyday

Their only concern is to make profit

Very helpful staff! Everyone had a great time at the laser quest and golf during an 11th birthday outing. Nice party room upstairs for snacks and pizza was nice for kids. Dietary requirements were considered! Thank you!

Had our sons party here and impressed with the staff. They could not have been more helpful, Nothing was too much trouble, they were fantastic with the children, took all the stress out of everything. We can't recommend them enough. Thank you for a brilliant party.

Laser game was brilliant and enjoyed by the kids. However the golf experience afterwards completely ruined it. Massive party of children unaccompanied running all over the holes when we were playing (despite being asked to stop politely several times) and playing hide and seek all over the course. Spoke to duty manager twice who agreed it was ruining our game but did nothing about it. No parents asked to go and get the party to respect other players. Useless customer service and has put us off coming back

Lots of fun, but you either need a big group or to join others to have a good experience. Not that expensive - remember to bring your student ID for a discount if you have one.

Our daughter celebrated her birthday here with her friends and she had an amazing time.
From start to finish, there were excited, happy children !
Staff were so helpful, kind and relaxed and put even the most worried of the group at ease.
Pizza was delicious.
Thank you for such a great party - without hesitation, we would definitely be coming back !

Went to Clue HQ escape room in Coventry. We had booked 2 rooms. The manager Colin was very accommodating at short notice. We did Detonation, had to work hard as had kids and niece but got out on time. They thoroughly enjoyed it.

My sons birthday party was a great hit! Staff were incredibly accommodating and so patient, a few parties going on at the same time and all looked after well. Designated party space, ample food and a round of golf which they all enjoyed, a great evenings entertainment.
