It's not good!! They always force leave to long leave (5months and half)!! No benefits for the future of the worker, only the NPCC company benefited and big people only benefits, if they give you force leave they will pay only one months,or 2 months. If the company extend your leave in your country, you dont have money to feed for your family, if they long leave you for 5months even there is a project on going, they will not call you, even they give you only 45days vacation, it's Very Sad when they force leave us. It feels like we are just a trash in NPCC,

Got a chance to visit this huge company. They got huge campus for employee to works. All of one here is very professionals. They have starbucks inside the campus
