FBO is dependent on a private company that does the most ridiculous screening I have ever experienced. I understand security protocols and I agree 100 %. But here they are stricter by far than the one you go through when you fly commercial. It is beyond ridiculous. Unless they know something that no one knows someone who has never ever flies privately made the most useless protocols. By the way last time I was here about 4 years ago went thru the same experience. I asked the Signature representative if he could explain. He believes it will be better when they move to a new building. Regarding “security” give power and authority to individuals that are clueless and you breed bureaucrats. They could careless about providing a good experience. My last experience in Scotland after 5 great days is terrible.

I don’t even know where to start. This is by far the worst experience we have had. They should be shut down. I don’t know if they were racist or just out right rude and incompetent. Somebody really needs to look into the staff that works here !

Me and my company were charged a 350 £ as a security screening fee even though we never left the aircraft (just landed, and taxied back to the end of the runway for another departure). When I raised questions about it, I was told that the manager would look into it - but nothing happened. Weeks later I sent another email as a reminder, but still no response whatsoever. It's more than a month ago without communication with them, so I know where me and the biz-jet I operate will NOT turn up again!

Bad service, they messed up our manifest and told us we were wrong.. and we had to miss our flight takeoff time.. lady was not very helpful at the terminal, they took extra time just to screen our bags which led to further delays..

Smaller airport but the staff are amazing taking time to provide their services including coffee and snacks efficient processing all with a polite and helpful .

Nice people at the FBO BUT ... the security and screening people don't have any common sense... Worst screening in the world
