You have to visit and browse and you may get lucky
Got a few bargain games
Think the phone technology is over priced but you do get a warranty
Had cameras and never been a problem

I chose to save a lot of hassle by selling to CEX my unused tech cameras etc because I found they had items I wanted anyway and in superb condition, the "exchange" was quick and easy, great staff and very happy to return again soon.

Friendly staff and helpful always expensive for second hand phones have brought a few things hear not too bad.
I am not trying to give you a bad review but i can not afford a fone that cost more than 20 pound you never seem to get any cheep phones in any more i use to buy the from cex now i cant.i do love your other things and buying my gaming things in your shop.

Probably only one of the few stores left in Bishop Auckland worth checking out.

Good selection of games and movies almost always for a good price but the tech prices can be largely hit or miss.

On the subject of tech, I respectfully tell everyone to sell on eBay. I was declined selling a PS4 here because it was "too loud". No, I do not jest. Tried it myself afterwards, it was not loud, but what do I know...

That been said, staff are usually always helpful and friendly and always get served fast.

Have to be cautious with expected pricing with this place. Recently took in an immaculate phone in for assessment. The phone had been meticulously cared for with a strong case and screen protectors. Still graded it as a category 'B' example but couldn't explain really why when challenged. Seen an example of the same phone in a different branch which was been sold as a grade 'A' example which was certainly in poorer condition than the one I had sold. Not sure whether this was the company or the branch that is of issue in this instance. ????????????

I browsed this store and was impressed with the number of PS4 Games it had in stock at reasonable prices, a great selection of DVD and Blue Rays too. Electronic goods, I always consider them expensive, but they know the market not me!
