Bloke on till very rude, always on phone or basicly ignoring that you are even there. When it comes to cash out or topping up electric with key card voucher there machine convientiently doesn't work,
Milk is often off too.

Back in the day this was run by 2 brothers, we nicknamed the store ‘The Rip Off Brothers’ as every time you went in the prices had increased.
Luckily for us all this was back in the day as now it’s being run by normal people. Prices are fair and there is a varied amount of stock on the shelves.

Went in today to get some cash out from over the counter. I joined the queue behind others waiting by the post office counter. Since then, another queue had formed at the other counter, but there was only one staff member. The owner served the people in front of me, ignored me, and started serving the other customers. I spoke up and said I was here first, but it fell on deaf ears. He proceeded to serve another customer, so I actually stood in front this time and made myself known. I did feel sorry for the lady who he was going to serve, it wasn't her fault.
After asking him for the cash, he refused anyway.
What a waste of time and energy. Never again!!

Very rude person at the counter. Constantly making fun of customers. Made me wait 20 minutes just to collect a parcel when I had my ID with me to prove that it was my parcel. Not getting any parcels delivered there anymore.

I used this shop to send a parcel for Hermes. It is a convenient collection and drop off point for Hermes parcel service. The shop is well stocked with most basic items. The staff are friendly too.
