Terrible experience. Coincidentally the same experience for my friends too. Gave my car for a routine service. Ended up going back twice after getting the car back, after my rear shock absorbers and gear mount both had complaints following the service done (had no issues before giving it). Additionally this place is also guilty of using non-original parts, while claiming they do not. Avoid going until they can provide honest and reliable service.

their service is the best with reasonable prices. the staff are friendly and helpful as well. Everyone should definitely go there if they need to repair their car.

Worst service. My personal recommendation do not ever repair your car air conditioner. They over charge and the compressor conks off in not even two months. Just for the record they charged 950 dirhams just for the compressor. To top it up the technicians are arrogant, non reliable, too slow and sarcastic. MADE ME FEEL AS I AM THE TECHNICIAN and they are the customer. For a major service they charged totally 3600 wherein the car value is just 12 k. The allignment was charged however allignment was not done properly and I had to revisit second time in one month and now third time in 2 months as the ac gave way. Hope my review is read before you give your car here. They also don't care... I will never ever go back for the next service ????. While I was sitting in the customer waiting area there were 2 more customers as well. Please read this review to avoid further surprises and waste of time. I can't complain enough.

Extremely professional bunch of folks. They have worked on my cars extensively and have never had issues with them. Would highly recommend if you are in Abu Dhabi.

They are very good, they tell you what to be done before starting the repair,Anthony is polite and they deal with women with respect, the only issue with them is that they dont give proper timing for finishing the job and sometime felt they prefer to keep the car overnight.
