I make an appointment for dental , confirmed, they call me three time to confirm.
I went there, chek in , waiting .
Reception call me ... asking what is my insurance!!
I told her ..my insurance name.
She said : sorry we are not dealing with this one but we have other options!!!!!
Sorry this is not a professional way .
You should ask me about my insurance before I visit your center.

I had forgotten the experience of previous. I advised my son to book with as had used since with no issues. However, said early morning booking did not occur, I refunded my son most of his ongoing train ticket (£70) as it had been my suggestion... How silly of me. You need to shut up shop as you can only take cash too... any wonder why our young are heading inland to live. Don't use if you have a deadline or appointment.

We pre-Booked a taxi to pick us up at 9:40, we arrived at the pick up spot, but all the car parking spaces had been taken, we found a spot down a side road and rearranged the taxi to pick us up from there. The driver arrived on time. We arranged to be picked back up from Witterings beach at 2 pm, the driver was waiting for us. Great driver, full of local knowledge and genuine and a friendly guy. We highly recommend this taxi service.

Do not use. Completely incompetent. They confirmed a booking which never turned up, and then denied all knowledge of the booking. My 1 year old neice could run a better company.

Try to book a taxi from east wittering to West wittering beach and the answer was:we don't do beach trips....from when a taxi company chose the trips?
