Carol Beer there. Short, dumpy brunette (wears the long black clothing)...she does not have a clue about Amazon returns. Made it far more difficult than it needed to be. I then had to man explain to her that I would sort it with Amazon Customer Service and it would be fine! She also requested a brighter phone display setting than was ever necesssary.

Appaling customer service. Queuing for 5 mins with one person serving. When another person finally arrives no "hello" or "sorry to keep you waiting". I felt that I was disruping her other duties. Waiting in a queue is a regular event at the coop.

Very unhelpful staff if you need anything more than a stamp. They make you feel like they were doing you a favour. Perfect example of why the post office is in decline. Posted with real disappointment.

Always good staff and efficient. A couple of the ladies have worked for many years and very experienced. Excellent for passport checking and advise .

Great post office within a friendly Co-op. Never really have to queue very long as they have ample staff on at busy times.
