Earlier taste was good. Now no taste no. Not satisfied. Adding too much coconut, hope new chef not good.

We ordered grilled biryani and told us to wait for 20 minutes, we agreed. It took 1 hour before they serve the food. Very poor communication and customer service. We ended up late for work because of their service! Won't recommend this restaurant!

Ordered the food, called 3 times, the person who attended the call kept on lying that the food is on the way, but not delivered. I think they are not interested in doing business. Very bad service. They don’t deserve even a single star. Poor management and service.

New Shell Restaurant Abu Dhabi.
Very tasty egg and parata. Next to the baqala and other side Masjid.
After I finish praying I always get a cup of tea and snacks from here if I'm in Khalifa City. Convenient that there is a baqala next to the cafeteria so I can pick up snacks and drinks for the kids at the same time. We have also tasted the sandwiches, fresh drinks and the chicken biryani. Great value for money. Good customer service and polite staff.

Worse food I have ever eaten, not fresh and don't expect what you have ordered, Bad experience not one or two time...... I wll never order again ????????

Their service was very poor. Below average customer dealing. There is no car parking available. Once we waited outside for 15 minutes for giving an order. No one came to take the order. It is one of my bad experiences.

A comfortable place to go for in Khalifa city.. especially for my Karak Chai and a value for money snacks and typical cafeteria stuff.. good food, ambiance and service.
