Incorrect information provided by text and email about delivery and there is absolutely no way to get in touch with the depot without having to go through the call centre and even then you've no luck. Both text and email advised delivery will take place between 12.21 and 13.21. I was home at 12.20 only to discover the card was put through the door at 11.35, at least 45 minutes before due delivery time. No attempt to call or check with the neighbours has been made. Really disappointed with this, as I was looking forward to getting my parcel yet fell really let down by the company and now have to wait a whole weekend before I can get the parcel.

I have tried numerous times calling and no-one can tell me where my parcel is considering they have left 2 calling cards I cannot get a straight answer plus I keep getting cut off

Thank you to the delivery driver who delivered a box of flowers to me in Kirriemuir, Angus. He went to a lot of trouble to put them in a safe spot. First class service

Today was the second time the DHL driver simply left a card without knocking on the door and then went away. The first time was in summer when there were three of us in the house with all the windows open so he knew we were at home. Today there were two of us in and again he didn't knock, or even put the card through the letter box, just left it outside on the doorstep. Maybe they are making work for themselves by having to come twice, who knows. Very poor service

Would have been one star had it not been for someone senior going beyond what was expected to deliver my delayed consignment - thank you to that man. The fact that you can't speak to a real person on the phone (only an automated tracking service) tells me that the company doesn't value the people they're delivering things to. When something goes wrong we need to speak with you! No local collection store in Perth itself is also a major disappointment - if it's good enough for other courier companies to offer this, why not DHL. The Inveralmond Depot is too far to walk and it closes too early to collect things after work.

Send a large number of fragile packages to rural addresses through DHL Perth depot and very happy overall. Low rate of loss or damage in comparison to other couriers. Make their estimated delivery date about 80% of the time, which again seems to be above average in the industry.
Drivers and depot staff always helpful and flexible with collections.
Would recommend over local competition for small/medium items.

How this company manage to make profit is beyond me. They are very unhelpful, the auto service on phone is pathetic, options are limited to the very basics. They deliberately do not have humans to talk to and the chat help is unhelpful. Tracking system lags, so if you use it they have already gone before you get home to accept delivery even though it still shows they haven't been yet! Just really bad every single time.........Other delivery companies are far more helpful

First time I think I've used this service. Not one bit of communication when my parcel was 12 days late. And I had to contact sender then DHL informed them that package was lost in transit. Instead of the people responsible losing the package and contacting either myself or sender after a few days. Now sender has sent another one out informed me will be next day delivery. And surprise surprise there is a delay. No number to call for speaking to a human being instead I have to type in a tracking id number to which the automated service can't recognise. Joke do not use DHL .
