My friend bought my husband shoes for his birthday from Nike store in Abu Dhabi mall he was traveling just come yesterday and unfortunately the shoes didn’t fit him it’s been a month she got it for his birthday but he didn’t have the chance to try them on they’re still brand new with the box and the receipt we just want to change the size but they didn’t want to and the costumer service is not giving any information or assistance to bad really for a big brand that can not even solve small issues

bads experience planning to buy a Nike running shoes (vaporfly) staff busy with there own mobile no one is approach customers as in NO ONE ....i even get the Shoe size with my Own 5:29pm

staff members are not helpful in al wahda mall branch,they were treating me like i came to steal their products
