It was a pleasure to meet Service Advisor Mr. Janidu who guided, provided recommendations and supported me throughout the service of my vehicle. Moreover he arranged delivery of my vehicle via recovery to Dubai as per the promised delivery date. Keep doing the great work.

I just had my worst experience at this dealership service. A simple car service history of my car which is legally mine and registered under my name, took more than 4 hours to be printed out. Not only that, i left my car to be serviced since its due to its major service, only to find out later that the air intake filters weren't changed and dirty. Even though the service representative told me they would change them. I made a complaint but no one came back to me. Lost my trust in this dealership Unfortunately, and full of doubts if the rest of the major service was properly done as they instated.

I recently visited the Nissan service center in Musaffah and had the pleasure of working with Engineer Parag. I have to say that my experience with him was exceptional. Parag was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in detecting the issue with my car. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provided a clear explanation of the required repairs.

Not only was Mr Parag an expert in his field, but he was also very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity.

The repair work that Mr Parag carried out was top-notch, and my car is running smoothly again. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from him. I highly recommend Engineer Parag and the Nissan service centre in Musaffah to anyone in need of car repairs. Thank you, Parag, for your outstanding service!

Unfortunately, this service center is never going to learn any lesson. Still the poorest service as usual. The advisors are telling that express service will be still normal service. It is a minor service and it has been more than 2hrs. Then they still say that contact us back or give us feedback. What is the benefit?

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the extremely poor service I have received from Al Masood Nissan Abu Dhabi, specifically the service center in Mussafah.

I have been trying tirelessly to contact your customer service department over the past few weeks regarding service contract issuance with newly purchased Nissan vehicle. Unfortunately, despite making more than 40 phone calls and sending numerous emails, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from your team. This level of negligence and lack of communication is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's reputation. This includes sending emails to your address which you provided here for all other people.

The fact that I have made countless attempts to reach your customer service department, only to be met with silence and disregard, is both disheartening and unprofessional. It is evident that your organization has failed to prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver the level of service that customers rightfully expect.

As a customer, I have the right to receive quality service and support, and I expect nothing less from Al Masood Nissan Abu Dhabi. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this matter and restore my faith in your company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

This failure has caused me to rethink any decision to buy vehicle from Nissan Almasood Abu Dhabi.

Delays in delivering new car. Also, didn't gave sun visor nor key chain with new car! Not recommend buying car from this agent.
