صحيح الشغل زين لكن مب بروفيشينال، لكن احذروا واحذروا ثم احذروا من المصري وربيعه الإفريقي اللي اسمه عبدالله، والله ثم والله أنهم يسوون المستحيل عشان يدفعونكم رسوم أكثر. أتمنى من صاحب الحلال الأخ سالم القحطاني ينتبه زين ل حلاله عشان الزباين مايطفرون من أشكال المصري وربيعه.

أسوء كراج عالإطلاق أخذت سيارتي لتصليح تسريب المياة خرجت السيارة من عندهوم تعاني من من صوت بالمالكينة وتسريب للبترول جهة الماكينة كما أنهم قامو باستبدال براغي الدولاب ببراغي سيارة أخرى وقمت بطلب فواتير الأغراض التي تم استبدالها ولم يقوموا بتوفيرها لي وانا اطالب اي شخص يعلم رقم صاحب الكراج بتزويدي إياه للضرورة

كراج يقوم بصيانة السيارات من الأسفل بشكل مميز وبأسعار ممتازة مقارنة بجودة النتائج النهائية للخدمة ،،، يمتاز هذا الكراج بإعادة سيارتك من الأسفل( أنظمة التعليق ، الشاصي ، الديفريشنات والقير ،،، وكل ما تراه العين من الأسفل كأنه وكالة) .
نسأل الله سبحانه وتعالى أن يبارك الكراج وصاحبه الذي يمتاز بخلق رفيع المستوى وحسن الاستقبال

التعامل سيئ + تاخير في التسليم + يصلح قطعه ويخرب قطعه ثانيه + نظافة السيارة سيئة عند التسليم

كراج نجم سهيل معروف بتجديد المركبات من الاسفل واللي اشتغل عنده من اصحاب السيارات والكرفانات يعرفون شغله، وعنده تجهيز السيارات لاصحاب البر والمكاشيت من تمديد الكهرباء للبر مع عوازل للأسلاك والبطاريات الاضافية وللأمانه انا ماجربت شغله ولكن حسب الحديث معه اتضح لي انه ملم وفاهم في هالامور الفنية بحكم خبرتي في هالامور ولله الحمد.
الله يوفقهم شباب في قمة الاخلاق.

Westside taxis was one of the best taxi services in Crewe, I understand there is demand in customers however why let us book taxis if there is not going to be sufficient enough drivers for the job. Drivers are always late or they just do not show up, the other day I had a taxi who showed up at 08:09 and left at 08:09 ( confirmed by the lady at west side) I understand it is not the operators faults at all however I am now on disciplinary at work because I put too much trust into west side that have made me late too many times. I have booked a taxi today for 08:00 and only now as it shown up at 08:30. This is not good enough at all west side. If you have not got enough drivers for the trips that are booked, please don’t let is book trips. We rely on this service as a trustworthy public transport. Please West side, at least sort out the app and don’t let us book if you cannot get us to our destination on time as now I do have to look for another job as I have been late… again.

21 April booked a taxi to Northwich for 5 people for 22 April, plus a return taxi back home later that afternoon. The lady on the switch board was extremely helpful and booked it for us.
The driver arrived on time at 10am and we got to our destination on time and the driver was also very helpful.
But in the afternoon at 16:30 when we were expecting to be taken back home, there was no sign of the taxi, I had the day previously booked, and we waited and waited until I phoned the switch board of the company, and the male on the other end was none helpful to our situation, and told me that he had cancelled the taxi we were expecting without any permission from me, and left us stranded. NOT PLEASED AT ALL

What a derisible and laughably poor service from this taxi company. After multiple attempts to book through the automated call service that was ineffective and frankly rubbish I called and eventually pre booked a taxi for a time dependant pick up to get my family and I to Crewe station for a connection to Manchester airport. Despite three calls to ensure the correct car and timing , on the morning no car arrived and on calling the service centre was informed a car had just been dispatched and would arrive in 15 minutes. Do not use this company if you require a reliable and time dependant car service.

Booked my taxi at 6:30pm to arrive at 8:30pm as I had a train to catch at 8:55pm so wanted to be at the station early. Rang at half 8 to ask where it was as had no text saying it was on its way and got told they'd send a driver straight away and it would be 2 minutes. At quarter to 8 still no taxi, driver had gone to the wrong address and not answered phone when I rang then sent a text saying unable to find me so had to wait another 10 minutes for another taxi to come. Didn't get to the train station until 8:57 and having to wait almost half an hour for another train. Very unhappy with the service provided
Edit in reply to Westsides reply: I did not use the app to book the taxi, I booked the taxi over the phone through the automated service as you can never speak to an actual operator anymore

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!!! please do not use this company. Just tried to charge me £20 for a 2 mile journey !!!!! Ended up charging me £15.50. But still extremely expensive for an under 5 minute journey in the middle of the day. The man that drove me was lovely and couldn’t fault him at all. AWFUL COMPANY !!!! Will not recommend to anyone ever.

Booked a taxi. Didn't show and then they lied and said it had been & waited.

Left stranded.

Someone then called to "apologise" but again they lied and tried to pass the blame onto me.

Won't be using again and wouldn't recommend.

I love their service. However their automatic booking system based on the phone might go wrong sometimes. Once I got two taxis came at my address. Also one taxi driver mentioned automatic system makes conflict in many occasions.

Despite committing to pick myself and my partner up, Westside taxis left us stranded in the middle of nowhere. After initially blaming me, they acknowledged there was an issue with their booking system, however said the could not pick us up, leaving us stranded.

Thankfully another local taxi firm was able to respond at short notice and provide us with a lift home.

If you’re booking a cab in advance and want confidence that they will show up, then DO NOT book with Westside taxis. Other options are available.
