The hospital is huge and very clean. Well organized and speed of attendance is swift.

Huge compliments for Dr Faiza Farsi (Podiatrist) for being such a courteous and cool doctor. She explained things with detailed information and educated us on foot hygiene. She has vast knowledge and is super friendly. I didn't feel I was at a hospital but felt like a family member taking care of us. Thank you so much Dr Faiza Farsi, you're awesome!!!

Today I was in the emergency with my son at 10:00pm, the moment I entered the emergency I was surprised from the huge number of patients.
However, I was grateful for the wise action from Mr. HAITHAM (the ER manager) his instructor to the admission team to immediately sort out the patients based on the situation / seriousness / emergency. He immediately instructed his team for a fast track registration to see the doctor immediately.
Further Mrs. ANA came to check my son.
It's very stressful time and they managed the situation very quick and professional.

Thanks MNC royal ER team.

Quick update after 15 minutes, we have shifted to a room.
Really appreciated the service and professionalism of the ER team.

Very professional, doctors and staff who actually seem to care about their patients.
Straightforward registration process, good availability of general practitioners and specialist doctors.
During my visits here, I was pleasantly surprised to be treated by the doctors who were keen on investigating the reasons behind the condition, not just dealing with the symptoms.
Highly recommended.

It was the best experience I hv ever had with a blood collection technician since I’m always scared of blood test procedure. Mr Omer, friendly staff is very skilled in drawing of blood sample for blood test. The whole process was satisfactory with quick blood draw and virtually painless too.
Thank you NMC for having such a professional staff for this wonderful experience.

My wife had surgery at this hospital and we were very impressed at the level of care. The surgeon, nursing staff, and security guards were all so kind and helpful. The overall experience was very smooth. The only downside was the hospital food - it was surprisingly bad. Otherwise everything was great.

This is one of our to-go hospitals for urgent cases as we live close by. Doctors seem to be very good here most of the time, hospital has all needed departments and is very spacious. However, it is very sad that there is only one pharmacy that only administers medication by prescription.
Today my son is in Pediatrics ward unit with bacterial infection and I didn’t have my regular thyroid medication on me as he was admitted very urgently last night..I walked to the pharmacy but they refused to administer me a pretty regular medication without prescription which I usually get with no problem at any pharmacy. I don’t have my car with me today and can not walk to nearby pharmacy leaving my son alone at the hospital. Very sad that pharmacy representative Sarah (I believe was her name) refused to help. She obviously had more important patients than me.
On the other hand, I would like to say “thank you” to the nurse team at Pediatrics ward. Despite being very busy they are quick to come and check up on the patient.

This is the 3rd time I have an appointment and have been told I need to wait. What is the use of making an appointment, arriving on time and then needing to wait. First time I had to wait because the Dr. Was in Emergency, second time the Dr. Wasn't in and I had to wait for her to arrive. Now the 3rd time the system is off line. Every time I think I will give them one last chance and then this happens. 3 times in a row.

My recent experience with the team at the reception of the pediatric department in NMC Royal hospital was incredibly disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and the staff members were extremely unorganized.

When I arrived at the reception, I was met with a complete lack of professionalism. The staff members were unresponsive and showed little interest in helping me. Despite my attempts to communicate my concerns, they were dismissive and unhelpful.

Furthermore, the reception team appeared to be severely disorganized. It was evident that they were struggling to manage the patient flow, and there was no clear system in place to manage appointments or patient inquiries. The waiting times were unreasonably long, and there was little communication or transparency about what was causing the delays.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with the team at the reception of the pediatric department in NMC Royal hospital. Their poor customer service and lack of organization made what should have been a routine visit into a frustrating and stressful experience. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality medical care and efficient service.
