Cancelled our booking with less than 24 hours to go claiming a driver was on holiday. How did they not know before? Appalling service and organisation leaving us without transport to a wedding the next day. Will not use again.

We needed a taxi from the airport on a recent trip and found these guys on Google. Surprisingly, the service was quite good, with the car being clean and spacious enough to accommodate the entire family. The price is reasonable, and the service was prompt.

Booked a taxi from hellesdon to Thorpe marriot I was charged £30 for this, previously I've used other companies which only charged £12 clearly overcharged so I won't be using this company again.

Taxis booked for 845am to go to the train station failed to turn up and no other contact from firm causing me to miss my train. When I finally got through to the firm on the phone they denied the taxis was booked, despite having an email confirmation. I of course will not be using this taxi firm again; I hope this review assists others to make the same decision...

Needed a last minute taxi and noticed black swan as a new option on Google. Within 10 mins of calling I had a clean, well presented mini bus turn up (at a busy morning time). Plus it has fine wood finishes and disco LEDs in the back. It was a fun taxi experience! Would definitely recommend! ????????

35 minutes late despite pre booking. Had £10 on meter to start with, when questioned the driver said “ no that is not for you that was the cost of the last fare” despite this he charged £10 for a short journey which we had previously paid £5 for the previous day. Will not use this company again
